A hearty healthy breakfast lunch and snack is prepared and served daily, with special accommodation per request
Yes. We also assist with doctorâs appointments, medications pick up and accessing important resources in our community. We can pick up and drop off anywhere in Kansas City MO.
Services are funded by Medicaid or weekly self-pay basis. Self-pay rate is between $50 and $80 a day depending on needs.
We are open Monday through Friday from 7am to 5pm. Holidays observed are Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year.
Our competent staff checks blood pressures and blood sugars daily or as needed. RN on site daily for assessments, education, medication administration, advocating etc. to ensure optimal health outcomes.
All care providers must have a servantâs heart as well as pass the family care registry background check. This background check is performed every 90 days.
